Improving Communication Abilities

Details

A course with direct applicability for effective communication with clients and professional partners as well as for development of competencies regarding giving and receiving all relevant information and including all involved parties in the communication flow. The course highlights confirmed approaches for ensuring clear and constructive communication and also usual mistakes to be avoided in communication. The course addresses both face-to-face communication and phone / email communication.

At the end of the course, the participants will obtain a certificate with 4 credits for continuous professional training.

The course can be accessed only once in the professional training program for the damage assessment specialists.

• Understanding by attendants of the benefits resulting from attitudes and behaviours which allow a good communication in professional circumstances;

Trainer

Dan Irimia dezvoltă oamenii și organizațiile având o experiență de vânzător și manager a unor echipe de vânzare în asigurări și peste 12 ani în training, fiind șeful departamentului de training într-o companie de asigurări.

Dan este trainer autorizat ANC, lector autorizat ASF, licențiat POINTS OF YOU – concept unic de coaching și inteligență emoțională.

Duration / Period

The program will last for 3 hours (4 credits) and will take place on February 18th, 2019 between 14:00-17:00.

Investment

The necessary investment for participating to this program is :

• 180 lei + VAT/person
• 190.08 lei + VAT/person, including taxes for validation and credit registration.
